Depends what you're going for. The PS11 is gorgeous but probably more of a trend piece. The Chanel's definitely more classic.

Wow! That's a really beautiful color! Does it fit a long zip around wallet? According to Proenza's site it's about 9.5" but it just looks small and I only have big wallets... thank you in advance! x
I personally find the Chanel bag to be slightly boring. I definitely like the PS11 bag best...really like the color of it. The Prada is my second favorite based on looks alone, but Prada has had so many quality issues in the last several years that I wouldn't purchase from them.
I feel lucky I guess on the quality issue. I have 3 Prada bags and haven't had any issues with quality. And I wear them often. So I wouldn't be completely scared off of Prada. I'm not crazy about this bag, but just wanted to share an alternate POV. 
it does fit a long wallet but the wallet would take up a lot of space. I usually use a small wallet or card holder when I carry this bag. Below are the things that I can fit in the bag:
1. small wallet and card holder
2. tissue paper and wet wipes
3. small pouch that carries lip balm, painkillers, mirror, plasters
4. ray ban shades in soft pouch
5. Samsung note 5
6. keys
