The diamond pendant looks nice and it is easy to care for. If you like traveling or are active, diamond pendant can be the one. It is just my opinion, choose the one that you think you will wear the most. For me, I can't afford to buy something and just let it sit at the jewelry box.

Personally, I would choose diamonds. Easy to maintain. Easy to wear. Goes with everything. Every time I go with the no-diamonds version instead of the diamond version of something, I regret it. (I now always try to have at least SOME sparkle in the pieces I choose.)
I like the mother of pearl, too, of course. But if I were offered the choice, it’d be a simple decision for me. Also, the single motif is easier to wear as an everyday kind of piece, and the diamonds really elevate the pendant. Mother-of-pearl VCA is a bit more common to see.
