It depends on if you would really love to carry the bandit. I did not think I would like such a slouchy bag either - but the leather smells and feels sooo good - like being blanketed in leather - even if I stuff my Bandit 39 (the large one) full of stuff it does not get heavy because it feels so great on the shoulder - the weight is so evenly distributed and cushioned.

Side by side - I see the sophisticated, slouchy, arty bandit next to its kinda prissy, pointy little sister

Hey girl! I have not but am l leaning towards Bandit. I think I always intended to keep the Bandit...more should I also keep the Rogue. I had this exact Rogue when it was first released & it was a better version. Had the chlochett & the handle colors seemed more brown, like dark chocolate, where these are a more faded brown.
I think Redwood66 said it best...I'm more likely to find this Rogue in the future gently used than I would the Bandit. I just got the Rogue today so I've got some time...my brain is in Rogue overload. I'm off the deep end with the sale, discontinued nature of Rogue, etc. Over it! LOL!

The Bandit looks sooo yummy! I think you should keep it, especially since you're gravitating towards it. The Rogue is nice too, but sitting next to that bandit in the same color, it just doesn't look as rich. I ordered an Oxblood bandit and a Beechwood. The oxblood arrived today and the beechwood comes tomorrow. I'm planning on only keeping one so hopefully I can choose between the two.

I also think you can find the rogue at the outlet a littler later down the road if you decide you want it back.

If you haven't already made a decision, I vote for keeping the Bandit. You said yourself you love it (especially the leather), and you already have other Rogues. You had me at awesome leather. I am a sucker for squishy leather.
