Which of these 3 watches?

Which of the three do you think? I like the black dial the most but most of my watches have black dials so i'm not sure. I usually wear tshirts, black jeans, and casual shirts. Does the watch design look too simple?

I ended up getting the grey dial which i've been wearing most of the time. Honestly i'm getting tired of it and will look for something new.
