I have seller’s remorse as you all predicted and miss the Neverfull. Would you go for preloved Damier Ebene in excellent condition or a new Epi to go more quiet luxury? I like my Epi Alma bb but not sure how it would be in the neverfull. Also, I love empriente but I always see wear on the edges of those on preloved market which turns me off to buying it. I know DE is my favorite canvas but is it too overdone? Orrr should I splurge and go new reversible style? I’d prefer not to spend that amount on the neverfull but it does have many bag looks in one.

You answered your own question. DE is your favorite. Overdone is purely subjective. Go for your favorite. ❤️

Such a hard decision!! I feel for you 😊
I have all three options in the NF and honestly carry all of them. But the Epi neverfull is a classic for me. I have a teal one from way back that still looks brand new and last year added the green reissue and adore it. When I’m trying to be non flashy that’s what I grab. If you are wanting more quiet the Epi or reversible ones in leather will be the best.
I love my DE but it’s really dark and I rarely grab it in summer. It will probably sit until winter.
Which option goes best with your wardrobe?

It sounds like Damier Ebene is your preference. In addition to that, I think coated canvas is lighter than Epi, and for that reason alone, I would go with Damien Ebene. Is the reversible Neverful as light as the original? Again, for me it's about weight. It's a tote that you fill with stuff and it's easy to get to heavy for comfort. I bought a GM Neverful last year just as the new ones were about to roll in and was pleased to be able to find the regular kind. I have a short attention span with Monogram, I prefer quieter styling but, a canvas Neverful is hard to beat.

I think you should go with your favorite! Even if it feels overdone, it doesn’t matter if you truly love it.
Just curious—why are you looking at the DE pre-loved but considering the others new?

Well this is actually a great question because it further highlights this for me. The preloved empriente versions all show wear on preloved market and if there is an excellent one it’s over 2k and for some reason I can’t spend over 2k on preloved even if I know it retails for 3k. At that point I prefer to get from boutique. Of course the canvas versions are like new because they hold up so well which is a better purchase. I think I need to try the epi in store and although the reversible is on trend now but I don’t know that I like how it looks reversed after watching a bunch of TikTok’s and YouTube reviews. So it’s really between new empriente with that gorgeous blue interior peeking out for a hefty price tag or a preloved excellent DE in my fav print for a great price. I think that’s the answer lol.

I actually posted a little while ago but I think I’m going black Epi. I’m a therapist and I feel weird having logos on my desk while I’m talking with patients. Although do you think DE is loud or ok? And I like the new zip pocket interior and the pouch has a new design with black leather and 2 d rings to attach a strap. I LOVE DE and do like the price better on this preloved bc it’s half of the price of Epi but I think I feel more comfortable with Epi as a work bag. I’m hoping it’s ok in summer bc it’s a light leather bag and not as heavy s empriente. I wear a lot of black and neutrals anyway.

Ok after all of my indecisiveness the preloved DE was sold and I would not pay full price and although I would still love it and could’ve watched to another one bc it’s my favorite print - I went with epi in the boutique and I’m in love! Only complaint is that they removed the LV embossed in bottom corner and they made the pouch so that you can’t really add a way to wear it crossbody though I doubt I would anyway. I actually like that they did monogram with black leather and silver hardware as the pouch. Yes - it’s less leather but it look really cool IMO. It smells divine and feels so good. The interior is premium and now has an interior zip pocket. I think it’s perfect for work. If you know you know but it’s not screaming logo. Thank you all for your input. You were not wrong to say DE bc I do love it! But I’m happy with this tote for what I intend to use it for. I also like it cinched bc my speedy 25 is the only larger mom bag I have and now I can use this like a neonoe and have a large black bag too. 🙌

I have an epi Neverfull in Indigo and when they rolled out the recent version with an interior pocket, the Kenyan Fawn sure caught my eye. I LOVE my epi Neverfull and enjoy flying under the radar. FYI, I find the epi leather is easier to scratch than I would have expected.
