Which Neverfull should I buy?

I am 5'2" size 10ish (US) depending on brand, and the MM feels and looks the best on me. I like it so much I have it in all three canvases lol.. Like you I love the idea of a GM but every time I try one on it just seems too big, even when I have heels on.
I vote NF because it's nice having two straps (versus the one Graceful strap) and a wider opening. I actually had a Graceful MM and sold it because it was too inconvenient digging inside for what I wanted. If you like zippers, the Iena might be a good choice.
Between Mono and DE, I always choose DE first because it's worry free. But there is something really cute and lovable about the NF in Mono... so in this case just buy what you like more and take good care of it. The NF doesn't have a lot of vachetta compared to other styles so I don't think you need to worry much about it.

I caved and ordered a mono GM last week. I had tried it at the boutique a while back but couldn’t make up my mind because I love some designs more than the Neverfull.
that said, the gm really fills that "everything and the kitchen sink"-niche in my bag collection. I ran errands with it today and I love it. It‘s big but I like it with the sides cinched. Cinching the MM looked weird when I tried it at the store and it was tiny and not functional.
the way I look at it: with the gm, you get a two-in-one — it‘s great for every day when cinched but you can always carry more or use it for travel.

I have the Damier Ebene 30 and the Mono 30. I‘ve had them for 10 years now.
I‘m stalking the Damier Azur 25 and 30 at the moment and I‘ll buy whichever is available first.Speedy was my favorite bag. I only have one speedy 30: v grenade. I keep saying I’m going to get the regular speedy 30s.... damn neverfulls keep getting in the way. Someone else was debating between the 30 and 35. Now I want those too. I’m like ohhhh ❤️❤️I have the Damier Ebene 30 and the Mono 30. I‘ve had them for 10 years now.
I hate clutter but I think I may have hoarder tendencies.... I’m definitely addicted!

I'm looking for a new everyday shoulder bag and have (finally) settled on the Neverfull. Now I can't decide which size I should get. The GM seems huge! But in comparison the MM looks so tiny!? I'm 5'4" and not skinny - for reference. I'm not sure if it helps in this case, but I love the size of the Speedy 30.
I'm also (as usual) not sure if the Mono or the Damier Ebene would be better. Are the handles on the DE still cracking? I think this was an issue a few years ago. I love the Damier Azur, but I'm too worried about colour transfer since I wear a lot of black and denim.
Can anyone help me?I'm trying to avoid a trip to the boutique due to the current situation.
Oh, and I'm also thinking about maybe getting the Graceful instead of the Neverfull. I keep making it worse.
You'll LOVE the Neverfull! It is my all-time favorite bag. I am close to your height at 5'3" and I've had the MM version in both DE and classic monogram. My favorite is the monogram-- the vachetta is SO soft and buttery, and once it develops a patina it's very durable. Of course, a little water spot here or there doesn't bother me too much; if it is something that will drive you crazy, definitely go for DE
I truly don't think you can go wrong with either one!If you are leaning toward the GM model, I would recommend trying it on in store as it really is a BIG bag and it's difficult to estimate the size unless you have it in your hands. Even the MM fits an enormous amount, and that's coming from a big bag lover.
