Hi there. To be honest, the majority of my bags are not reached for often. I tend to swap around a lot, so to answer your question it is part of my rotation so that is a good sign I really love it. Lol. For the chain strap that I use with it, it is not user friendly nor really comfortable but I deal with it as it's such a nice chain for the bag. I think since the chain isn't flat but curved, it rolls of my shoulder at times and that's annoying. When I use my guitar strap, yes, it is totally comfortable. This Gucci toiletry case is very functional as a bag and I really enjoy it alot more then the LV Toiletry 26. It really annoyed me when my chain strap would push up on the zipper and unzip the 26. Uuugh. Also it's so narrow imo. This Gucci Ophidia Toiletry really checks all the boxes for me. If you love your Gucci case as a toiletry case or clutch, you will love it as a bag. There is an insert that fits it perfectly that I found on Etsy. If you are interested let me know and I'll DM you. I found the perfect guitar strap as well.
