Nope, it doesn't hit stuff, because it's small enough to be held close to the body. Unfortunately, it does sort of get in the way compared to wearing it on the back, but I prefer having the peace of mind that comes with it being in full sight when on the metro or queuing up for something.

That's very true about finding the right backpack - I've made it a rule to avoid the classic 'round top and square bottom' form, which really does look like a student's JanSport or Eastpak. Large backpacks and full textile styles (as opposed to ones made with leather/leather details) tend to have the same effect, like the Fjallraven Kanken or LeSportsac mini. So cute, but us petite people just can't make it look right :lol:

Great insight! Round top square bottom .. hmm like the LV palms springs mini ? I’ve been thinking about that one too… hmm…:doh::blush:

Thanks - yes, exactly. I was also considering the Palm Springs mini myself, but it's got that shape. The monogram and leather straps may be enough to offset the form, but at the price it's going for, I'm not sure that it's worth the risk of looking like a (posh) 6 year old :lol:

rainy here on Long Island too. Yesterday and today carrying my mew green light medium top handle. Very cheery for this weather. Also just received my 1899 in the turquoise from Nordstrom! Already bought the makeup and coin purse
