I do have a nose piercing, but the stud I wear is so tiny that it doesn't even show in most photographs. I don't consider it "jewelry", TBH, because it just isn't very noticeable. And while I don't have one, I wouldn't consider a tongue piercing to be "jewelry" either, because it normally isn't visible. Maybe I am odd, but I don't generally think of piercings as "jewelry" unless the person has gone to some extreme - like wearing a jeweled navel ring.
I usually wear a pair of earrings, a ring on either hand, a necklace and something on my wrist. Sometimes I like to layer 2 bracelets and other times I like to wear them on separate hands. Sometimes I wear a watch instead of bracelets!

Well, now that I have my LOVE bracelet, I am ALWAYS wearing that! When I am off from work, I wear a ring, usually just one. I usually wear a necklace. I never wear earrings though... Not my thing. I do have an industrial in my right ear though, so that is ALWAYS there too lol!
The only jewellery I'll regularly wear is one or two very delicate gold bracelets around each ankle and my diamond BRC nipple rings (can I mention those on here?? :shame: ) Everything else is a random addition, as and when I feel like it.
What is an industrial?
I typically wear diamond studs 4ctw, Cartier e-ring/ diamond band and a rolex.
After all those VCA necklaces I obsessively collected last year, I am trying to wear a necklace now and then. Since my e-ring is pretty significant, along with the earrings, I feel the need to keep things simple.
Btw-after reading about all the piercings, I have finally realized how "uncool" I really am.. Especially since I don't even get what some of them are. My idea of looking cool and dangerous is wearing my Hermes collier de chien gator bracelet.....LOL.....woa..tough girl, hu???
Haha no worries! I like the industrial... it was darn painful though, and that was not to be expected. I have five tattoos, and they were a heck of a lot less painful and healed easier and faster! Ear piercings in the cartilage of the ear take forever!
I always feel so badass wearing my CDCs, when in reality I probably look like a thirty-something woman trying to recapture my lost youth! I'll probably be embarrassing my kids in a couple years! 
Don't feel bad....I am 40 something, and am 100 percent certain that I am embarrassing my kids already!
