Which pieces of jewelry are most common in France? What pieces would I most likely see woman wearing at a high end restaurant? I assume cartier love bracelets and some VC?

I hope my post don't come across as abrupt because I don't know if I am using the right or wrong words or tone....
I don't quite understand why you ask that question because you want to buy something YOU like. You don't want to buy something because the rich has it or it's the most sought after. I find jewelry is like perfume; it's a very personal taste; something you love to wear not something you buy because the neighbor has the same. You can go to any high end restaurant and I bet you will see all kind of stunning pieces from every designer you named.

BVLGARI Serpenti pieces are absolutely beautiful. But because of my DH's issue, I am out of luck.

As for my favorite H pieces, I like their diamond bracelets and the pendants. I have the one of the diamond CDC:

I am getting another diamond bracelet during my next visit. My SA let me try it on during my last visit and I should have never taken it off.

Nice...are you planning on layering it or wearing it alone? How do you think the bracelet quality compares to Cartier or VC clover perlee?

Something like this would make for an elegant addition to cocktail atire or semi formal outing.

It’s lovely but my lifestyle isn’t that glamorous. I wish I had more places to go where I could wear such pieces. [emoji846]

Oh... You can always throw yourself a mega birthday party. I am having my own "Satan's Sweet Sixteen" party this year.

You’re too awesome. I wish.... [emoji87]

A tiara is beautiful but I am not sure it's an every day piece therefore cost per wear would be quite high. I would look into Cartier, VCA and if you are considering a nice watch, look at Patek Philip or Rolex. Having said that I do love Hermes jewellery and own some pieces.

Agreed on your cost per wear comment.
Which are your favorite Hermes pieces so far?
I’ve been looking into the VC vintage alhambra necklaces, but not sure if I should get that or the magic. Any opinions on them?

I wanted to own at least one from tiffany and co. I noticed that the gold they used for branded jewelries are very thin looking. you wouldn't get much if you pawn it unless you sell it for the brand name and that is if you knew any stores who does this at all. I wanna own a rolex watch though! that's my dream!

Yeah I find Tiffany doesn’t have such a great resell value. But worst of all there’s too much imitation out there. [emoji51] My trainer tried to auction off her wedding ring and they were offering her barely 1/3rd of what she got it for.

I wanted to buy Rolexs as well but I find I don’t really wear watches. Which Rolex are you dreaming of? [emoji846]

I am just curious to see how the style is in your part of globe or what’s more popular. I know how the french generally like their makeup or their clothing, but I don’t really know about their jewelry taste. Not trying to copy but just curious [emoji846]

I wear Tiffany silver for very casual, Mikimoto to dress up, and Cartier jewelry and watches for work. I prefer sturdy pieces that will hold up over time. Good luck with your jewelry shopping.

Yeah and so is cartier! Im not sure if its because its jewelries. But resell value for bags are even better. Maybe because if its bag people might gonna ask for the brand name but for jewelries people dont care much. All they ask in my town if its real gold or silver. My cartier trinity is always ignored. Someone did ask for the price and when i said it, they were surprised seeing that it looks so thin. I told her it cartier and she said cartier what? Lol
