I do. I don't really get that vibe from her but maybe she's trying to maintain a more professional look for her makeup videos? Her vlogs are very casual and not editorial at all.
I don't really take beauty advice from her but I do like watching her try makeup. She fits a more unique niche of older women with more mature skin and as I age I want to know what products will work better for me. (and I don't want to be shelling out $$ to try makeup and skincare so I'll leave that up to her lol)
Has anyone watched Michelle Wang? YIKES, she has the personality of an executioner. I really don't understand why anyone would take beauty advice or any other advice from her.
I have been watching her on and off for years.
I'm not sure what "the personality of an executioner" is exactly (I can only guess

) but she strikes as me as a person who tries hard to vibe 'stealth' and ends up buying designer slides and Chanel for the CCs (which she does). I also feel annoyed by a) her moves into 'lifestyle' from beauty and her soft-advertising of her own jewellery and knit lines etc

.
I don't watch her blogs or life updates, unboxings etc - I would literally fall asleep. However, she took time to grow her channel, and at least for a little while she was supportive towards other influencers (lots of the collab stuff is evidently less popular lately).
However, I have found her beauty and skincare advice OK . She has years of product knowledge already and has a preference for daytime neutral looks that don't take too long. She is also really good at editing and has professional tech values. Like Lexi Jong and Charlotte Holdcroft she's a self-professed enthusiast amateur not a MUA, gets interesting luxury beauty stuff (still buys too). The one niggle is that she can be a bit lazy, putting 3 separate blushes on one cheek (because she doesn't want to put on and take off 3 times) is not going to be very helpful in determining a single colour/look. I think she's one of the better ones for info etc.
Someone I can relate to more is Alicia Archer. On one hand she's more into the 'artistic vision' of a MUA behind a brand and personal expression of the wearer, and on the other I find her more 'real'. I just get the feeling she only buys/keeps/shows what she's really into and going to
personally use. She has a life outside too. She doesn't get so much PR stuff, tries to think about/like her audience, does lots of original content (not what ever the new content creator 'it' vid is) and really loves her makeup.
