I am so sorry. I totally understand about heavy bags. Sometimes I wonder when bag prototypes are released before production, do they ever think on this issue? I mean if the bag is heavy by itself, it doesn't take rocket science to know that they will be even heavier with items IN the bag!

I really think there is a design flaw. I’ve seen too many photos on line where you can see the zipper isn’t right. Some worse than others. It’s ok cauz there are more bags being released and I’m sure I’ll find something else I like better.

I looked at the new LV bagatelle today and all 4 bags I saw had the same zipper ripple (varying severity) as described above. The zippers were very stiff and hard to close as well. The CA was doing his best to sell me on it, but even he admitted the zipper was awful.

My mom is a seamstress and gave him an earful about how they could have fixed it lol.

Such a shame because it’s a very cute size and style.

I’d seen others comments here and on Instagram and thought those defective bag must be outliers, but no. I now understand why all colorways are ATB on the website…

I am still surprised that LV let this issue pass through inspection. I agree it is a cute style and size. I love the coloring too.

Wow, that is terrible! I wouldn’t accept that on an inexpensive bag let alone something like a LV! Makes it look like a knock off and you dont want that. Good thing you were able to return it.

@hlh0904 - I’m sorry the Stella was too heavy if you liked it.
