Which earrings to wear with vintage Alhambra necklace/ bracelet?

I am planning to buy my first two VCA pieces- vintage alhambra necklace and 5 motif bracelet but not sure what kind of earrings to wear with this. Could you please share a pictures of earrings you wear together with your VCA jewellery? I think matching earrings would be too much so looking for alternatives.

I'd say diamond studs, as they're low maintenance and you won't have to worry about them clashing with anything.

I posted these a long time ago, but I often wear these Jude Francis quatrefoil earrings (sorry about the HUGE image LOL). They are about the size of a quarter. I think they are great because the echo the shape of the motif without being matchy-matchy.

Trust me, matching earrings & necklace is not too much! Every time I wear my MOP earrings with the MOP necklace, I always get compliments galore. When I don't feel like being matchy matchy, I wear the necklace with either my Mikimoto pearl earrings or simple diamond studs.

Another vote for diamond studs, pearl studs, or beaded or shiny hoops in the metal on your Alhambra. That's what I wear with mine.

I wear a vintage necklace and 5 motif bracelet almost every day and they go with everything. For every day I used to pair with giant Jennifer Fisher hoops or similar costume pieces before masking made that impractical

I love wearing my sweet onyx earrings with my VCA pieces. In the sweet size, it doesn’t look like too much or matchy. I also sometimes pair with diamond studs.

I agree, it is not much at all. I am super matchy matchy, and I wear my VA MOP earrings, a 20 MOP, and two MOP bracelets, all at the same time.

I vote get the earrings! If you want to go simple, I agree with others diamond studs work great. If you wear pearls, I would just check the overtone matches as MOP is not the same as a true pearl. I have the WG MOP, and for WG, VCA uses MOP that has a very silver overtone. My pearls have more of a pink overtone, so they do not match, hence I never wear pearls with my VCA MOP. I actually thought they would go okay, and I could mix and match my pearls with the VCA WG MOP, but they do not look good at all, not to me.

My guess is you have the YG MOP, and VCA uses more a pink overtone for their MOP, so you should be okay. Just compare though to be sure... assuming that matters to you.

For me though, I vote get the matching earrings! It will be a beautiful set!
