In this case, the Web, or the "regular" ?

I like both, but prefer the 'regular' for practical reasons. I think the handles that attach to the leather that wraps round the entire bag will be much stronger

I wonder how the fabric Web will look after some rubbing against the body when carry the bag crossbody. Will it be worn and dirty?

I agree. Both nice, I prefer regular.

Are some of you familiar with how the Web will look after some wear and tear? Will it quickly get a worn and dirty look, and how can it be cleaned? Will it be fluffy after some rubbing against a jacket?

I have a bag of that fabric but don't use it much, maybe have carried it 10 days this entire year.
I don't baby it, sits on the floor of my car when I drive.
It's in very good shape despite. One slight smudge at one of the corners. I haven't tried to clean it however

I don't have any with the Web but my sister has the vintage Web Boston. She used it as her daily bag for a few months and it still looks good. Doesn't look like Web is worn out.

I have a web bag and I don't baby it in the least. It still looks brand new, I have wiped off a spot I got on it with no problem. It holds up well. I do like the regular out of these two though. It looks more structured and business-like.

Not sure about your concern regarding the wearability - aren't they're both fabric (?)

Both are coated canvas, but the red/green web stripe is fabric.
