Looking at the side-by-side comparison in your picture, I think they are both lovely choices, and it is very hard to choose one over the other. That said, if the old black and pink tea rose Rogue 25 were still available, I would chose that one over the two in your picture in a heartbeat. I am so bummed that I missed out on that one. As I have the purple Rogue 25, I now know I can wear that bag in the smaller size.

Oh, I’m sorry you missed the black/pink! Any chance of it showing up again? I had one friend say she thinks the black is too “goth” looking. I can see that, too.

That is interesting about the size difference! I have a few of the regular size Rogues and one is much more structured as the leather is stiffer and it does appear taller and slimmer!

The black does sound like it would suit your style perfectly! It does have that casual look but would also work perfectly dressed up for dinner with jewelry and heels. It’s a great bag [emoji173]️ The detailing in the tooled tea roses is very beautiful!

Okay, so I “floated” both bags through my closet. The black looks good with everything, and the gray with most things.

It’s definitely a hard choice! I’ve mentioned a little game I’ve played with myself when I had to choose. I think or look at both bags and don’t give myself any time to choose but say the name of the bag that immediately stands out. Going with my gut reaction of which I prefer. Your brain already knows which one it wants [emoji23]

Thank you for the reply! The roses are subtle in a way, but larger in size. One of my kids prefers the black because the roses seem more uniform in size. It’s interesting how people see things differently.

In my collection I have black/ gold hardware, red /silver hardware, but no gray! Hmmmm...

I purchased grey because I wanted to add that color to my collection, plus I have so many black bags. The black with tooled tea roses is a little harsh for me. I like the tooled tea roses, but not so many, so I bought the statement strap.

These are the exact Rogues which I ALMOST love- I agree w these sentiments!!! There's something something about the black which is just too busy for my taste. The gray I love, but I have too many gray bags, and I'm holding out for the original TR!!! I totally see why you love them both, though!!! :D
