Ladies, this weekend I sent dh a dear Santa letter about getting a Cartier bracelet. I was very surprised to hear him say, well I haven't looked at our finances lately but maybe we are doing well enough that you might get it this year... And let me tell you, DH is very dear but he is a white tshirt and jeans guy so I was totally floored by the response.
Anyway, just assuming that i find a red box under the tree this year, which bracelet do I want for my first one? I currently have none but eventually plan to get all three...
- yellow gold love. It is just so classic and could pair with my Hermes cdc as well as some other gold jewelry. Would love to get a matching yellow gold tank Louis in the future to pair with this one. Don't like that it is hard to remove and that I've read about some bracelets falling off.
- white gold love. This pairs well with my platinum wedding set as well as my current watch (Cartier santos) and I love matchy matchy. Would love this with the four diamonds but since I just purchased an Hermes bag that I still need to tell him about, don't think diamond will be waiting under the tree this Christmas.
- yellow or rose gold juste un clou. The SA at the store wore a RG one under her suit jacket and I loved the simplicity and modernity. I like that the JUC is supposedly easier to remove when I want to wear white toned jewelry instead. I am slightly worried about the nail end since we have a toddler and I am expecting another little one. Also would I regret getting a clou first if I ended up waiting a long time for the next bracelet and find the clou to be too trendy?
All advice welcome.
