You’ve received some very good advice above.

I would return both bags. As hard as it may be.

I would then take my time and wait for the perfect one to come along (it will, especially since B35s are not super pop rules at the moment).

You clearly have concerns about both bags, otherwise you would not have reached out and asked your questions.
Some of the most regular posters and Hermes owners have given you their opinions.
If possible return both bags and get your money back.

Now, does not seem the best time for you to be actively on this quest; become better informed;
start shopping in Hermes; don't shop with a view to building up a profile; buy things you would like to have; get known and liked in your nearest store.
You can't buy brand loyalty, but it can be observed.

Don't expect great customer service. I hate Jane Finds, yes with a capital H. The entire team reeks of attitude and nose up in the air. annsfabulousfinds.com is a better option.

Thank you so much, SpicyTuna13, I returned them both this weekend and will try to enjoy the journey! (not a particularly patient person, haha). I really appreciate your advice! Also feel like I recognize your name from perhaps other forums, LV or Chanel? I used to be very active on those, so nice to see you again :)

Hi WhiteBus,
Thank you for your input, I've returned both bags and will continue my journey. I've been buying Hermes items for years now (not just jewelry but home items, etc) but I moved and did not buy any for a few years and have never been a big spender there so am starting over in some ways.
