Early 2000s, I'm guessing 2001 as the tag back is blank. Super soft nappa, I don't know if there's a name for the style but I do see them around. Rather than a separate mirror, it has a zipped flap pocket inside with the mirror embedded on the back. The strap goes all the way around the bag and has a buckle adjustment. I do think they were done for more than one season.
