This is making me take a second look at Outremer. Had no idea what a glorious blue it could be.

Was hoping it was more like the Outremer blue but it's got a blue-greenish ombre thing going on that's quite lovely the more I look at it. Since it's such a unique blue now and the leather is still plush, should make good use of it!I wish my outremer day matched the mirror color. It's still pretty but doesn't look anything like yours. Do you mind posting a photo of your day? I wonder if the different dye lots can have such varying fading results?
You can't see the difference between the mirror in this picture but it really is darker.

Ah, I can see how the lightened color looks, reminds me of a black tshirt that has gone through just a few too many washes. No wonder you would prefer the mirror color saturation instead.
Does conditioning do anything to pump up the color?
