Those are all great bags and normally I'd go for the Chanel, but...in this instance I am going to agree with the rest of the ladies and say the Clandestine. That bag is gorgeous!!

The Celine Clandestine in the picture is the medium one, not the large one. The large one has 2 pockets at the side, like this:

But I do prefer the Celine one you are eyeing over the others anyway. It's a classic!

Oh, wow! I'd go with the Celine bag! Actually, I saw it in black patent leather at a consignment store today. It still had it's tags on! It looked BEAUTIFUL and absolutely TIMELESS!!!!! I'd def. go with it!

Definitely Celine Cladestine in Powdered. The ones in the catwalk are made of Lambskin, is this combo (large + powdered + lambskin) even available in the states? Would you consider Calfskin? I saw Black/Luggage Small (evening bag size) Medium (front pocket only), Large (front and side pockets) in Calfskin at Nordstrom & Celine SCP, they are not as soft. The ones on eluxury (& the pics your SA sent you) look just like the calfskin versions I saw in person. SA at Celine SCP said 1st shipment of Medium Powdered (not sure if it's lambksin) is sold out, there's a waitlist for upcoming shipment. According to Nordstrom SCP's SA, they won't be getting Powdered. NM, will carry Powdered, has not received the 1st shipment yet.

My second choice is MJ Mia Satchel in either color. I personally don't like messenger bags at all so I rule out Chanel Ligne Cambon Messenger Bag.

Please let us know what you decide. You are not boring at all for choosing black -- it's a classic and 'hard-to-get-wrong' color that goes with a lot of outfits. =)
