You can base your choice on the type of bag you are looking for. =)
Hudson is quite sharp & dressy looking, City is more casual.

FYI, Marc Jacobs boutiques have Hudson with all leather interior. Nordstrom & NM carry the version with leather (center compartment) and canvas interior (the outer 2 compartments). They are the same price.
