where do your bags go when you die?

If they are quite valuable i would assume a rundown similar like one does for insurance purposes would be a good idea.. you know pics, names, values etc...

I have daughters so yeah, best lady wins. :giggles:

I keep the receipts of my bags with the names and amount I spent on them in the dustbags together with the bag itself. Mostly for myself, would I ever want to sell one of my bags, but I think it could also come in handy in the situation you described.

I do not have a daughter either, but I do have a son who will inherit absolutely everything I own so he can sell them, or if he marries he can give them to his wife if she wants them.

One may go with me though ;)

i was pondering what would happen to my extensive luxury collection of bags if something should happen to me. anyone who came into my home and found them likely wouldn't even know the value and they might end up at the goodwill or ebay auctions for a penny :smile1: i was talking with a friend about this and she said they only have value to me anyway, so she would bequeath them to someone, or many someone's, but i don't even have people to leave them to. if you don't have a daughter/niece or female friends to give luxury bags to... what arrangements do you make for your designer/luxury bags??

I don't have people I can give my bags to, either, My sister does take care of her things, but she's not into bags as much as I am and she's very picky about design. I guess I'll still let her choose first, then I'll divide the rest to gift to friends instead.
