Where do you shop for inexpensive gemstone jewelry?

Thanks for the suggestions. I was thinking about looking at Saks Off Fifth Avenue for Ippolita pieces. They often had a large selection at low prices. I will be going to my estate jeweler probably in a few week/ 1 month. It just needs to stop snowing and warm up a little in NJ:D. Thanks for reminding me about Hautelook. I always forget about that site.
If you live in nj are you near bridgewater? My favorite jeweler is romans! Go see Dana or Lisa! They will help you!

I pm'd you regarding Ippolita. I just saw, that the Real Real has a good amount of designer jewelry listed under $500. There is a category for it. I saw quite a bit of Tiffany. Along with gemstone pieces from other designers. Give it a look see, you just might find something ;-)

Congrats on your baby-to-be...just wonderful news!
I'll be on the lookout for you...I know your style. LOL!

Try taking a look at Tacori, they have some beautiful gemstones.

Don't laugh but do you belong to Costco? While we were dating, my husband bought me various jewelry from costco
http://www.costco.com/all-rings.htm...=all-rings&categoryId=30211&sortBy=PriceMin|0

They have mostly white gold in the sub $1k range but I like a lot of them (too bad I don't wear gold)

They have vvs diamonds too..much better than mall jewellers who mostly sell I1- I2 clarities...
Thank you so much for your responses. I do apologize for the delay, but I had one rough week.

Does anyone know if Forturoffs quality changed since their change in business?

I will take a look a Costcos as well. I still have some time, but it is great to have ideas where to look :D
