Check the feedback of the seller if you buy on eBay. Check the inside of the jewelry for the Tiffany inscription. No matter how small it is lasered into the metal. Make sure there is a Money back guarantee for authenticity. Also after you buy it take it to Tiffanys for a cleaning. They will reject fakes.

Thanks, I am a little skeptical about Ebay for that reason but there is a reputable seller whom has positive feedback and a high rated seller then I would definitely consider it for her.
