Glad it arrived at the facility. I rarely shop online. I had a horrible experience years ago with UPS, nothing to do with Coach but an equally expensive item.

Anyways, hope all is well and you can get your package!

Awe, what happened? I hope it was resolved. I haven't had a terribly bad experience but with all these horror stories I cam only imagine !

I wish! I snagged a new wallet for my mom... lol she has this old Coach wallet she loves but its been through a lot...and it's starting to show. I may have to exchange it for another one I saw at the boutique though ♡
