This time both Sloane Street and Bond Street opened on the same day. Bond Street only expected theirs to be open for an hour and I know a lot of the slots were already taken.

Do you know how many people can PO each time for each store?
When I left the shop after placing an order at about 11.30am, SA was still accepting new customers for the list, I think...
I went to the sloane street branch because i normally have better shopping experience there (i have never encountered friendly SAs at Bond street), but if the list at Bond Street is bigger than Sloane Street, I might try to PO at BB next time.

Also, I am curious to know how PO works in Paris?? I was told that the London system is quite different from any other countries. Is that true??

The list varies from store to store. In my experience Bond Street has a larger list of PO availability but it also depends on how many orders have been preallocated before the list opens - VIPs and good customers are often offered items before it goes live.

If you've had a better experience at Sloane Street I would stick with that. Once you've established a good relationship with an SA the process is a lot easier.

As far as I know, the system in London is very different from anywhere else. Availability in Paris is incomparable with London, and certain other places (Chile, for example) are also supposed to be good.
