Edie / Phoebe! I only have an Edie from your list It would've been a tougher decision if Rhyder had been on there. I really like the bag and the one-compartment simplicity of it, but I love the slouchy comfort of the Edie.

Thank you purse lovers. I am so sorry to have forgotten the Ryder, Crosby and Legacy. Pardon me. If it's any consolation, I even forgot to include my most favorite style, Gramercy. I am very pleasantly surprised to see this many duffle and Phoebe lovers. It is amazing to me that you are all still loyal. My very first love was Phoebe. With the release of Gramercy & boroughs, I converted to satchels. I then came across Dakotah and converted to cross bodies. I've never ever been a long strap shoulder bag person but I totally surprised myself yesterday. I carried my chalk swagger for the first time on my shoulder. The entire day i lugged the bag around. I had 2 glass bottles of carbonated water, 1 fruit cup and a thick notebook in addition to the usual stuff i carry. I'll admit it was heavy but i find something magical about swagger. It did not dig into my shoulder like the rest of my other coach bags do. Perhaps it is designed so well that the weight is well distributed. To me, it is one of coach's best creations. Perfect balance of slouch and structure. This morning i felt guilty because i wanted to carry my swagger again. I therefore posted this thread to see if anyone's taste change like mine. I blame coach for this! If anyone has reservations towards swagger being heavy, I would encourage you to give it a shot. Crazy as it may sound, I think this is a different kind of heaviness not the one you'd experience from Gramercy or the 1st gen boroughs. After a very long and hectic day I came home eager to read all of your responses. TPF is definitely my stress buster. Thank you all.Swagger.. while i don't own one.. i only use satchels now.. out of necessity, though i do like the duffles just cannot wear them.
I love Phoebes because they are wonderfully smushy, comfy, can be dressed up or down, and I love Legacy Duffles because they're classic, comfy, casual bags. While I love my Swagger, it's not nearly as comfy to wear on my shoulder. ( recently started having shoulder problems. Boo to getting older. )
Hi TahoeAndSwitch,Four of my nine bags are boroughs, so I guess that is my favorite style.
Swagger and Rhyder [emoji7]
This is my day 3 of carrying my chalk swagger. It was an impulse buy but now that I've started using it I am thoroughly enjoying it. I don't have a ryder and glad you are enjoying yours.
Totes from coach and phoebe don't stay on my shoulder at all. The only tote that works for me is from MK. Not love love but very functional and convenient.Ha! Know what you mean although I think the Swagger is a bit more uncomfortable than totes and Phoebe/Edie.
Hi Alesa, All good choices. The inside strap on Dakotahs drives me crazy too. I keep thinking that I should just cut it off but don't have the nerve to do that. What color swagger are you considering?I love the duffles(1), Legacy and Bleecker styles. While I also love the Dakatohs(2), reminiscent of legacy Patricia, I had to return mine due to that inside strap. Of course I can not forget Phoebe(3), she is a nice compartmental bag. And I've got Swagger on my radar.
