I’ve always liked the Trim. A Gold 31cm Trim was my first H bag.
I also love the Depeches 25 Pouch.

I love the Garden Party GM for its usefulness and versatility (and also because it's the first H bag I owned). My other favorite is the 24/24 29, because it's under the radar and yet so distinctly Hermès. And my Marwari GM in toile is the perfect carry-on bag because it fits everything but the kitchen sink, is so carefree, and smooshes to fit in the overhead or under the seat and I'm not fussed about it because it's canvas and I can easily clean it.

Of course I have to put in my shameless plug for the Toolbox 20...such an easy bag to use daily, after a year I still love it to death. I've also found my white (blanc) Emile 30 to be absolutely fantastic, so carefree and casual. Both hold a shocking amount for their visual size too.

I love my Halzan 31s, but also Bolide, Trim and So Kelly 22 for workdays. For weekends and errands my Mosaique 17
