I haven’t found it. My ideal office bag would fit a laptop, have shoulder straps only (I dislike a top handle plus a crossbody or shoulder strap, particularly on large bags—it looks busy to me), be soft yet have some structure, and have a subtle edge/interest to it. I’ve considered The Row’s Top Handle 14, but it might just look like a boat, which is kind of what I think about “office” bags generally. Something so big and so utilitarian can only be so attractive, right?
That said, I do have high hopes for the attached Etro bag, which is on its way to me. It’s not perfect, but for the price I paid, I’m hoping that it will fit the bill. It has some interest, isn’t something I see every day, and it also looks very practical.
OP, for what it’s worth, I’d take the
Loewe Puzzle over the Herbag. It is younger, edgier, and more interesting, IMHO.
