What's in your cles / key pouch ?

I have two, I love them!

Azur Cles is holding my keys ( I put them inside), Mono is holding cards, and change.

Wow this thread popped up at the right time. I've been thinking of getting one but wasn't sure if it was worth it. Well seeing this thread and some youtube reviews convinced me and I ordered one today plus a scarf I've been wanting. Can't wait!

That's a fun thread.

Today I could fit 3 cards, 1 lip balm, 2 x $20 bills, 1 mini chocolate, 1 mini swiss army knife and 16 x $2.

You can fit a lot, much more than my Vernis Clé in Pomme d'Amour.

I keep my store "rewards" cards in my Cles. This way they are all in one spot and I'm never digging around for them!

You're welcome! My gym plays music but I prefer my own . Plus, i have movies and tv shows on my ipad to watch when I'm doing cardio.

All of the design are pretty, what I will say that I know is that the vernis and multicolor seem to fit more flat things like bills and cards and the classics like the mono, de and da fit more rounded things J

Never really understood the function of a cles, so thanks for the thread! Just a few questions:

1. Seems like a lot of you use it for your cards/money, is this instead of a wallet? I can't imagine the use of a wallet if you have everything in the cles, isn't that a bit redundant?

2. Do you put your keys IN the cles or attached to it? If I got one, I think I would attach the cles to the D-ring in my bag and just use it to put my keys in if I had a wallet.

Question for all who attach your keys to your cles - have you experienced any of the gold plating peeling off of the brass? I heard that happening before and I really want to start using it to attach my keys to, but I'm scared it will ruin the brass?

My mono cles I've had for a year and use it at least 4-5 days out of the week. The clip hasn't chipped but the coloring has faded. I wouldn't say it's super noticeable, I only noticed it when I pulled out my new DA cles to use for the spring/summer. I've also read somewhere on here that you can get this piece replaced, I think someone got theirs done for free.

Wow I've been thinking about a cles for a long time but was completely turned off by a snooty SA who gave me the evil eye when I asked to see the vernis and the DA. Definitely won't be purchasing from that store!
I'm caught between those 2, because it seems like the vernis holds less? But it's soooo pretty!

I have the DE cles and it's so cute. It seems like it's more versatile vs the vernis which is more eye candy I guess it depends what you want more. I know a lot of women use the vernis as bag charms. It is on my list of wants!

I use my agenda as my wallet, but in it I carry a bit more cash, my checkbook, business cards, store loyalty cards, my insurance card, and credit cards I rarely use but do need in certain circumstances.

In my cles, I have my driver's license, the card I use for groceries and gas, and a few dollar bills and coins. I attach my car key, work key, and house key to the outside.

I like this because when I have my whole bag, everything goes in and I do my regular stuff. When I run to get my kids from school, or run to the grocery for just one thing, I only grab the cles and iphone. Both fit in my hand or back pockets, jacket pocket, etc.

It may seem silly, but it always bugged me that I when I only wanted my wallet and phone and keys, the phone didn't fit inside the wallet, and the wallet was kinda big, so I felt like I was still carrying something large. With the cles, it's so small, I can feel like I'm almost carrying nothing. The Cles and phone even fit in my cup holder.
