Buy bags for the life you live, not the life you want.
Don't buy bags that are nearly perfect - if it's too heavy, impractical, the straps are nearly but not really long enough, let it be.
Just go for the quality pieces and don't let a cheaper price tag tempt you.
Take out all the bags you own at least twice a year, count how many you have, let go of the ones you don't wear.

Also: eat the chocolate, drink the champagne, smile to that boy, and dance for as long as the music plays. Never believe when someone tells you you're not good enough.

This hit me hard. :hugs: We all would be better off if we did these things. I wish I'd known all that when I was younger but it's good to be reminded even now.
And that last line in particular- that we're not good enough- is something we all hear far too often when nobody ever should. We're all better than 'good enough' just as we are, and I'll never understand why others tear people down just to build themselves up in this way. Thank you so much for posting this.
