Hello my dear. We’ve chatted so you know how I feel

For me, I’m not hard core to match my bling to the hardware on my bags but that’s just me. I love to mix metals. But hardware is such a personal choice. If you prefer ghw on bags, I would stick to that. But here’s a couple of pics for you ponder over. Phw brings a crispness to lime and has a super chic, young and elegant vibe where ghw is more warm with a sophisticated feel.

I think you will know when you see her in person.

I feel like it’s enough of a pop for me to wear it but you are right. I wear so much white in spring summer I can just imagine it being so fresh and nice

I like different colours with different hw.

My favourite colour is Bambou, but it's warm enough without needing ghw. I'm not sure I would have wanted it so much (2 bags, 2 SLGs) with ghw. Lime is so much better with phw too, you will hardly see ghw (if you had the choice) as lime is closer to yellow than green (IMO).

Have you seen the Lime phw??? Try, I bet it's gorgeous.

1. white metals are on their way in big time
2. It's much harder to wear ghw bag with white metal jewellery than it is vice versa. Lime is a whole lotta yella anyway. Go and check it out!

I actually think that lighter color hardware pops better against the bag.
But op you need to be sure.
Can you look at in person and decide how much the phw bothers you with your yg jewelry ?

lime looks way better with phw IMO

mixed metals esp between bag and jewelry are fine and certainly totally acceptable stylewise.... IF you are comfortable with mixing - if you're not, you won't wear. in my experience it's a journey.. I was PHW only for ages and now I don't care that much about bag HW and take whatever I truly love.

I've given you my opinion but I'll say it again here !!!
1. You know I'm a GHW girl like you!
2. BUTTTTTT I will take certain colors I absolutely love in PHW, Lime is one of them
3. Swift is like buttahhhh, loveeee
4. B25 isn't a bad size, esp in swift and a pop color like lime, I think this size is perfect for it! Handles are shorter but not terrible. You'll adjust I think.
5. Lime in GHW is super rare (like many pinks)... the ones I've seen with non-PHW I think are mostly special orders.

In short... run, don't walk to the store. At least try it on and see it in person before deciding!

Edited to add: I can see the B25 short handles being a problem if you're wearing a thick sweater or coat and wanting to wrist-carry, but I think lime is a spring/summer color you'll wear preferentially during those seasons, so I think you won't have a problem getting it on your wrist with spring/summer clothing.

I value your input so much To be honest the ghw here looks so brassy on the bag it’s making me not like it lolol

I agree that lime is so yellow!!! I have all these dreams of wearing it with navy and linen in the summer hahahaha I haven’t seen it yet but my plan is to go and check it out and see how I feel. My k 25 rose p has lime interior and I’m just obsessed!

Hi honey!!! All of your points are solid and honestly I can really relate because we have so many similarities! I think you are right about the handles and the lime being such a good pop! I’m also realizing if I don’t get another offer with lime I’d be crushed.

I am generally a GHW lover but I like some colours better with PHW including lime. The bag size would be a deal breaker for me. The handle drop on a 25 is very short and can’t go over a coat on me. It’s not a size that works for me. Lots of people love it but if you have concerns, I’d definitely look at it before committing. A 30 may be better.

This is a good point. I have brass hardware in my bath and a polished silver tub, but the tub reflects the hardware and warm wood floors and it all works

I love lime in swift! I wear predominantly yellow gold jewelry and I accepted a lime Kelly with phw as my SA said my store would not be getting lime with ghw. At first I was disappointed but I really loved lime and the evercolor leather. Now, I actually prefer lime with phw and it does not bother me at all that my jewelry does not “match”. I have also found lime with phw looks really beautiful paired with gray. Maybe take look at the bag in person and see how you feel. Good luck deciding!

I would use this opportunity to request an SO so you can make the exact bag you desire, assuming you like the color/leathers being offered this round.

(I did this with pink…wanted pink w/ GHW, but H rarely makes that combo…I was saying “darn” and my SA followed with “what about an SO so you can have pink w/ GHW”….2 years later, here we are , it doesn’t hurt to strong arm this one).
