None of those. These concepts for a car are all tacky and scream nouveau riche.
A Taïga or Épi interior would looks classy in any colour. And if they want to go really sporty, Vuitton did create carbon fiber Damier for car accessories already, so...

Who are they? The new money people? regardless of stereotype I wish more and more people get nouveau riche that would mean more successful people on their own right.

It is less about money and more about lacking style, sophistication and a general understanding of what luxury is.
I also wish that more people can find success and be safe financially. But that is far from wanting to stamp Monogram on everything just for the sake of it.

I want NO LV materials on my car interior. only on my bags and clothing! I certainly find Swarovski crystal on cars beyond tacky. The beauty is the sport car itself.

If by other manufacturer we mean that they disassemble knockoffs from the East, and that they print the (visibly off) Monogram pattern onto some random faux-leather, then yes

Some time around '06-'07 there was a Mercedes SL 55 AMG (2003-2006 model year) in LA that had most of the interior done in mini lin. The badging was changed to LV 55. I had the opportunity to take a look at the car when it was brought in for trade-in evaluation, I happened to be at the right place at the right time. The gentleman at the dealership said that the owner claimed that the mini lin textile was original from LV or from the factory that manufactures for them, I don't remember which. I was always doubtful that the claim was legit. In truth, the work was very well done and made for a pretty interesting and unique car that was, as a performance variant of a sports car, a lot of fun to drive. I have seen pictures somewhere before but am now unable to unearth any, sorry.
