I have the plain red Selma just haven't used her yet but I saw the red with grommets today and I love how the gold and red go together ! I wish I could have both but there is no point of two red bags lol

Yea true ... If the plain don't make your heart sing you should go for the grommet. You should always get what you love and not get it because you have to have it. I remember I used to be like that but now I buy what love and I will actually use them. Lol

You might want to go into the boutique and check this one out in person. I initially wanted this one too, but when I saw it in the boutique I was very disappointed to say the least.

It looks black and white in the pictures, but it was actually black and vanilla in store. When I say vanilla, I mean almost yellow. The color put me in the mind frame of paper that has been stored for hundreds of years..ie the Declaration of Independence. Needless to say, I struck that off of my wish list.

My SA was showing me the same bag and yes keptwife is right its looks more vanilla/ yellow more then white.... just another heads up...

Personally, I love love love the plain red selma. I love how the grommet selma looks in darker colors. But to me the red is such an attention-getting color, why not let it be the star on it's own? JMHO though-- they are both gorgeous.

Awww. I was all over that bag. So disappointing but I'd rather know now than when I opened the box a t home. Thanks, ladies.

I'm planning to get my second selma bag in medium with the handles in either hot pink or in a beige color. I was so disappointed that the black selma was only available in large at that time because i initially wanted the medium one with handles but i eventually bought it in large and I regretted since then. the large selma is too big and heavy for my everyday usage. What do you guys think, should i get a selma bag in medium in black or different color or just stick with the bag I have now? Also I don't know if its me... but if i love a bag i will get in every color available, that's why i have 2 LV Neverfull bag in Azur and Ebene.
