Michael Kors What to get next? Cynthia or Sutton?

Another thing I should point out is the shoulder strap length on the Sutton is quite long and IMO can cause "flappy strap" which personally drives me nuts. I took both of my Selmas and my Sophie to a leather repair shop and had them remove 6 inches off the strap and create a second loop...IMO this makes the bag more tidy and classy since the strap is more snug against the bag's body (not sagging and getting caught on clothes, handles, handrails, etc...) and the second loop prevents the strap below the buckle from flapping around.

Here's my Sophie with her straps altered. She's looking a little funny today b/c I took her out of storage and still had a stuffing pillow in her...excellent way to help a bag maintain its shape when not in active use!

Nice! But the long strap on the Sutton is what allows it to be worn cross-body, so I wouldn't shorten it for that reason alone. It's nice to have the longer strap on occasion. I love the idea of a second loop, though.

My ta-tas refuse to let me wear anything cross-body without the strap either hanging off my neck or becoming boob-floss :giggles:

For what it's worth (and just my two cents), I purchased a Cynthia and returned it for a sutton. Then I was hooked. I liked the shape and versatility of the Cynthia, but the center divider drove me nuts in a bag that size. Now I own two suttons - pearl grey and black with white center stripe.
