TAG is really just crap!
Tag is just a fashion watch using a ETA movement.... ETA movement as used by Swatch, Longiness and Tudor.
Rolex is the only waterproof piece here.... also in 10 years time.... you could only get a few $100- for the tag..... both the cartier and rolex will be worth much more.
The cartier is still quartz which is not good.....
The rolex is the best and most expensive.....
forget the tag.... that is a watch for people who can not afford a rolex or cartier.

eviemarie - I think that last post was a little harsh. You should buy what you like, not what will be worth more in years to come if you decide to sell it. Why buy an ugly watch not your taste just because it has better resale value? I always admire Tags on people and consider them high-end. Personally I don't care at all for any of the Cartiers except for the Roadster. Enjoy your Tag and someday if you want a Rolex, you have many many years left to get one!
Thanks for your thoughts. Just so you know I can afford a Rolex otherwise I wouldn't have been considering would I??? I brought the Tag because i like it. It wasn't expensive so i don't expect to get anything
back I am not buying it thinking of selling it.

What a paticularly unpleasant post,I hope its right what it says under your sign on that you are indeed banned,and I hope it was this post that got you banned.
I personally own 3 Rolex and my husband owns a Jaeger Le Coultre and with this in mind,I would not call someone elses taste crap,I like to think that folk who do own watches in the upper eschelons of watch making have more manners and grace about other decrying peoples taste,obviously in your case not.Very rude.
I happen to know the op's dh owns three Rolex from chatting to her on here previously,so her decsion to buy the Tag was from the heart,and what moved her most,and not purely out of monetary motivation.
I actually think that is a more indulgent position to be in,buying a watch because you love it,and not what it can earn you back.
Buying watches or jewellery should be a heart felt decision,and not a wallet led one,whatever our own personal tastes,that does'nt really come into it,especially when you don't have the good grace to be less rude about it.
