What to do? Goyard canvas peeling after 5 uses.

Update, finally, lol

The straps are being replaced, the canvas peeling is supposedly caused by something spilling in my purse. I’ve only carried water and the spray hand sanitizer, I’m confused as to how water would cause the canvas to peel so I’m thinking the hand sanitizer leaked??

Idk, that’s what I’m being told.

Glad the handles are being fixed, I’m about to beat the heck out this bag now lol it’s going to give Mary Kate and Ashley vibes
