What time of year have you been most lucky purchasing a black rectangular mini bag with GHW or SHW?

I'm in Canada and waited on numerous lists for over 10 years to get one (without the handle), either colour hardware, and it never happened. I finally just got one in Beverly Hills in March on the day the 24P collection launched. They said it was the only one they received.

Like everyone else, I am also dreaming about the coveted classic mini rectangle in black. I bought a few things in boutique this month but otherwise have only purchased in department stores. I did get lucky and find a classic mini top flap in black in the Dallas boutique a couple days ago. Wondering if I should keep that one or hold out for the rectangle mini? It’s pretty similar except for the handle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! ☺️

Do you like the top Handle? I heard it is stiff. it is up to you on what you want to do!

I purchased mine in SHW this past December 2023, an AMAZING member posted on the threads and it was shipped to me, which I thought was impossible! i was on a waitlist in the SF store but nothing LOL. I swear in December and Jan 2024 I saw couple of stocks AND I even had an SA I had purchased from before text me on 12/31 to let me know he had a surprised BUT I had already purchased it! I think you will find one, just be patient and it will come! Sending you positive vibes!

I went to one store four weeks ago and asked for a black rectangular. i have now been offered one that is on its way to the store. It is a limited edition (from what I was told) in brown gold which is like rose gold. i paid for it today and hope it arrives soon. i asked in two other stores as well. The first had a closed waiting list (2 years for those waiting it seemed), the other one no waitlist but said they sold as soon as the arrived. A 4th store put me on the waiting list (for one with champagne hardware). They seem to be highly sought after.
