What tiffany bracelet should i pick need help?

I have the heart shaped version of the RTT and I'll be honest I wish I could return it and get something else. It was an impulse buy and now I'm wishing I had gotten a bangle or bead bracelet, or something I could just easily slip on. But between the 2 options I would pick the 2nd
