What purse should I get next? Chanel small boy in navy or Loewe puzzle small in tan

Hello! I have been lucky enough to recently get a Chanel reissue 227 in black ghw and a Chanel classic flap medium in black with ghw. I am looking to get a third purse to add to my collection and want something that is not black. I am looking at two very different purses but basically just wanting something I can wear crossbody . The Loewe puzzle in small tan and the Chanel boy small in navy with rhw are the two I have narrowed down just based on the styles out there I like right now so yes know they are different with different purposes, Just wanting to know from the community style wise which you like!:) thanks!

You know you will only hear votes for the Boy on this forum and I vote for the Boy :lol:
You have started out well with your collection (two complementary sizes and utilit), might as well keep going to complete it. Boy small seems like a very functional bag, which I have always feel is missing from my collection. If I could start over again, I’d get it instead of mini classic.

I LOVE my Puzzle and have found that it's the best all-around bag for me. It's also very comfortable to travel with because it holds a lot of the essentials without being overly designer-flashy which can get dangerous in some areas. It's also very comfortable to carry crossbody, which is almost impossible for a girl with a bigger chest...

I own two of the Loewe puzzle bags in size small and they are my most used bags. I‘m also think8ng about adding a boy to my collection and that’s why I’m here. :) I love the puzzle bag. It is so well designed and easy to carry. I think it looks great with most casual outfits and in the tan color it is so versatile. The only negative I can say about it is that it can’t be dressed up where as the boy can be casual or dressy. The Loewe Puzzle to me is probably like what an LV speedy b is to most people.

If you plan on getting both bags eventually I would say get the Chanel first only because of price increases. It seems preloved prices are also rising quickly. The puzzle can be bought new and with discounts through saks or Neiman when they have a promotional event and you can get cash back through rakuten. There are also sales around holidays. I would get the boy and keep an eye out for these promotions and save up if you need to. For some reason, I will pay over retail for a Chanel if it’s a bag I really want, but almost always want to pay under retail for other designers!

In summary, buy the Chanel now if you know you’re going to eventually get it, but don’t forget about the puzzle!! It NEEDS to be next!! :)

I'd go for the Loewe- it's understated, yet graphic and luxurious. Chanel is beautiful, but since you've already got some, i'd definitely go for Loewe. I also love a bag that speaks less than the owner. Sometimes Chanel or Hermes bags are such statement, that it's the only thing you notice on a person. With a correctly styled Celine, Loewe or another luxurious and design bag, it's more of an asset to the whole style, and adds more versatility to your wardrobe. But if you're unsure, check the reselling value.
