The Ô Intense de Lancôme (which was the EDP) came with the black round cap. And of course, many of these were splash bottles!

It's such a special perfume and it still smells amazing, thankfully, it doesn't appear to have fared to badly with all the reformulations. I just had another memory pop up, I think my Mother's bottle was also frosted which added to its mystery to me.
