My jeweler makes these necklaces custom. You buy the diamond circle (.50 tcw) then you buy an insert. I picked a dragonfly for
good luck. I'm going to have a horseshoe with a few diamonds made today. Take the dragonfly out and put in the horseshoe...easy

I am wearing a combination of three items today. Cartier love in rose gold, Cartier charm and my diamond pendant.
I would love to find another diamond moon pendant.....something like this in rose or yellow gold.
