What LV do nurses carry to work?

I'm an L&D nurse and I prefer to carry a longchamp or Vera Bradley to jam in my locker .... My locker isn't that big and I'm always afraid of it getting scratches on my bags ...

I do not bring anything of value to work. Theft is a big problem and I do not want any of my nice bags to come into contact with nasty superbugs and bodily fluids.

Hi OP! I'm an Operating room nurse. I'm fortunate to have a locker that will fit my bags. I usually bring along a tote style bag like the citadine or the evora because I have a lot to lug around. Since I change into scrubs at work before and after, I don't worry about the ick factor. I do get a bit concern for the corners though. Even though it's a long 6 foot tall locker, it's only 6 inches wide so I sometime have to stuff and it touches the corner.

I carry LV, Chanel, HAC, Birkin and Longchamp at work. I try to use all the purses that I have. I mostly carry my HAC and sometimes my B. I have neutral colors so it will not catch attention. I am not trying to brag but I want to enjoy my bags. It will be a waste if you let them sit in the closet. And besides, very few people know H brand unless you tell them.😀

I'm not a nurse but I have worked in medical and genomics laboratories and I definitely didn't want any contamination (biological or chemical) coming home with me. At work I carried washable canvas or nylon totes that I could just toss out and replace after a while.

I am male nurse in a ward and currently I am using my Givenchy Nightingale. I don't have any problem stuffing my bag inside my locker or worries about stealing. My locker is pretty roomy to fit my bag and beside my locker is not loaded with stuff. Actually, I have one co-nurse using a Chanel Cerf for work. Since we all come in wearing are casual outfit then change to our uniform.

The unit where I work is extremely busy and we do not have time for breaks or to sit down. However, sometimes I must get something from my bag and I have just done a delivery with bodily fluids on my scrubs and other various places. Unimaginable things fly from bodies and babies and you just can't control where they go, and sometimes we just pull off our gloves and run so you haven't even gotten a chance to check your elbows or face, etc. It may sound gross to those not in the profession, but that's just the way it is. I will definitely not carry anything with suede on it or anything of high value. It is too easy to contaminate. A mono LV would work though, since they are easily cleanable. We just don't have the ability to change our scrubs during a shift. I am meticulous about hand hygiene/washing from the forearm/wrist down, but as I said, if you need something from your bag in a hurry, you don't always see your elbows, chest, stomach, legs, etc, and often times there are "contaminants" there.

Why did this get moved to Bags Bags Bags? I wanted to know specifically what Louis Vuitton bags nurses carry to work. I have grown away from Coach and any other brand except LV and Balenciaga.

A lot of the posts aren't about LV, the thread title nor the first post indicated it was about LV.
I added LV to title for you.

Hello!! I'm an L&D rn too!! I carry a large longchamp bag with my pochette and wallet and lunch etc. works great and folds into my tiny cube shaped locker. I have never carried my LV bags to work as we have had many items "disappear" from locker room.
