I got a Favorite MM in Damier Azur! :D

I added it to my cart and after I put my credit card info in, there was an error and didn’t let me proceed. I kept trying to refresh and go back to the billing page but it didn’t want to load!! My heart was beating so fast omg. Then I went back to the Favorite MM page and it was Call For Availability but still in my shopping cart. I called client services and she was able to place the order for me. PHEW. I was told if there were any inventory discrepancies, I would get an email. FINGERS CROSSED.

Reading the recap makes it sound like your Indiana Jones swapping the stone I totally know the feeling - similar to his I felt finding and buying the Felicie in mono this year

In my experiences with “ship to store” the item is always placed in a dust bag, box and shopping bag. The CA will bring your item out for inspection and then take it to the back and wrap it up similar to when you make an in store purchase.

Thank you. I had this experience when I ordered my favorite mm and have it collected in store. The CA showed it to me for inspection. But after I inspected it, she just put it all back in the dustbag and box and no wrapping with a ribbon. So I wondered what is the usual CA process for that.

One just popped up online and was hopefully able to get it in the mono. Still no luck on the DA but think she will like the mono one as I think it will wear better being handled all the time.
Still hoping the mini pochette will become available again.

Do you mean you wanted gift wrap on the box? Or tissue inside the box?

I think it depends on the SA. Ive picked up my items and the SA brings it out in the dust bag, box (ribbon), and bag. They take it out for me to inspect it and then depending on the sales associate places it back in the box AND wraps the ribbon again or just leaves it without retying the ribbon. I dont really mind if they do or do not tie the ribbon again
