Thanks Guys! I'm so sad when I checked my order this morning, it disappeared. I called customer services and she told me my address comes up as a hotel (which it is but upper floors are residential) so they have to cancel the order. And now that they dont have stock, I have to do more stalking :(

When I was checking it out I didn't see the option to ship to a store as I know that should be an option and I was so in a hurry that I think it was only available for few minutes.

I just hope that they contacted the customer first before cancelling the order :(

Pray for my next luck fellpw tpf, till next time :(

Oh no!!! I am so so sorry for your experience. :( Hopefully next time you can get your card loaded into your web browser and that'll take some nervousness out of the equation when you're stalking! That's what I did. Every single time I tried to add it to the cart, I'd start shaking like crazy!! Best of luck!

I know, I can totally relate. I run to my laptop and placed the order and was shaking till it I placed the order. I've saved the card details so now I know what to look out.

For some reason the Reverse OnTheGo was taken down from the US site, but if you check the UK site and search in store availability, it shows up as available right now at all of the following locations (see below :)). I DO NOT suggest calling the store number as you will be re-routed to client services, but your best bet is to call the department store locations (Saks, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, etc.) right when they open tomorrow morning and ask to be transferred to the LV within the store. You will more likely than not be connected to a client advisor who will place your phone order and you'll have it before you know it! Good luck! :smile:
