Last week one of the toronto stores had a PA mono and all CS would do is take my name and number obviously the store never called me back. I would honestly maybe ask to talk to a CS manager if they wont connect you directly and say they always connect directly to other stores etc etc other than that you can try calling Yorkdale Holt Renfrew (416) 789-5377

I was thinking that might happen. Other than that Im not sure. Long shot here maybe if you have a local LV I'm not sure what province youre in but if you do I would go in and ask if they are able to connect to other stores like if they can order it in type thing. Or if you can get ahold of lets say Edmonton LV though client services directly and maybe ask if they can contact LV yorkdale for you. Long short but just a suggestion. lol

Tried that too. It’s hit or miss with client services
 
I live in small town America. Hours and Hours from a boutique. This is why I stalk on line so much. I don't get to see a lot of pieces in person till they arrive and then it's easy enough to return. If I call a boutique direct and purchase a piece from an SA. Where would I return it to if it didn't work for me? Would I just be stuck with it? I feel bad asking a SA to go to all the trouble of boxing something up and shipping it to me when I am not 100% sure about an item. I would feel obligated to keep it.

You can mail it back to the boutique the item was purchased from. :)

I am wondering if this is something they do all the time and it is part of their job? Or I have asked them to go out of their way, boxing up an item and shipping it to me? I feel bad if they are doing me a favor and I send it back. If they do this all the time then I would feel more comfortable.
