It's currently showing as available in 7 stores in the US! Since it's hard to get through to the standalone boutiques, I'll echo what some other posters have said about contacting the locations that are within department stores! One of the available locations is the Chicago Nordstrom so you would call (312) 464-1515 and then ask to be connected to Louis Vuitton that way. Then you can place your order over the phone! Good luck :smile:

I just went through LV customer service yesterday. Yesterday it showed available in 2 stores. North Carolina and Florida. The LV customer service said it wasn't really available. So I am confused.

The customer service number often gives incorrect info, but if you go to the site https://us.louisvuitton.com/eng-us/products/pochette-cosme-xl-nvprod1420095v#M67694 and then click "find in store" (search united states and click "only show stores with availability") it shows you exactly which boutiques have it. And it's pretty accurate except for the occasional glitch! But when you call the numbers listed there it automatically re-routes you to customer service so that's why it's better to call the department store first if applicable, and get connected to LV that way! Try calling that Nordstrom and I'd bet they actually have it!

I'm toying with the idea of a PM (reverse, likely because I don't have anything like it) even though it's hard to snag, I'm addicted to "stalking."

I had the PM in empriente black, but it looked like an old lady medicine bag on me (I think because of the coloring).

Do you have this bag? Is it worth all of the hype and drama? Thoughts on reverse?
