Same thing happened to me! I stalked the website early May and the PSM I received already had peeling on the corners of the front pocket and I didn't even get a chance to use it :( I was lucky enough to score it again on the website a couple days later.

Oh no that must have been so upsetting, luckily you were able to get another. Was the second one in perfect condition without the peeling? I’m hoping I can find another one without issues... im just worried it’s going to happen again :shocked:

Yes, I wanted to cry.. lol. But the other one I scored on the website days later is perfect. I actually scored the PSM and reverse PSM together (for pick up at the local boutique) and they were quite surprised I scored both at the same time. ;)

Crossing my fingers you can get a perfect one soon! :)

I got mine by stalking the site. But I haven’t heard of them popping up in a little while. I’m actually selling mine to FP as I didn’t use it and am outside of the 30 day return period, so it should be on there shortly...Not sure how much they’ll sell it for.

I went to my local store and they had both TP15 & TP19. I didn't buy it since I didn't think I needed it at the time. Then I went to San Francisco about 2 weeks later and I thought Id ask if the 19 was available and it was. So it wasn't too hard for me to find! You should try calling early in the morning to see if it is available.

I was able to get one by stalking the LV site. I have noticed it being being available (add to cart) more often than TP15 and TP26.
I noticed that night 9 pm PST and around that time I have seen it to be available. Good Luck.
