Anyone ever have nothing under your order? I ordered the mono PA last night. It said “pending order validation” until this evening around 8pm. I got a notification around then from my credit card company that an authorization has been approved for it (I have it set up where I’m notified anytime anything is over $250).
I was excited and looked up my account expecting to see “order in preparation”, but it’s blank. Says nothing. I’ve never seen that before.

When I had this happened, my order was canceled. I noticed it did this and even I clicked it, it would go back to the main page. I called CS three times to check on it and they told me it was fine, that that sometimes happens. It stayed that way for two days, and I finally chatted with someone online and they told me there was a technical glitch and my order couldn’t be fulfilled. And it was only then that I got an email that it had been canceled. Needless to say, I wasn’t very happy at all. Especially when they said a store would be calling me to take my order for the item and they never did...and I ended up having to drive 90 minutes to the nearest store that only had one left.

Oh no! That sounds incredibly frustrating. I was afraid it was canceled or something funky happened. I was finally done stalking the website after getting this, so I guess I’ll have to start again. :( I’ll have to call tomorrow and see what the deal is. Thank you for your response.

No apology needed! The service sometimes is lacking online - it’s easy to forget this is a huge company even if it does have the things we love. Huge companies always seem to struggle with real service online or by phone. Sorry you had to worry with it.

Hope it goes through. Usually when our cc gets hit they have shipped. Fingers crossed.

I ended up calling late last night, and the guy said it was in limbo. Where they authorize the card, but then after the bank approves it they have to rerun it for the actual amount. He said he would take care of it, but he put me on hold and it hung up on me. It was too late to call back as it was approaching midnight. I just checked and it’s still not fixed. So when they open at 10am I’ll be chatting or calling again. I really hope it doesn’t get messed up bc I really don’t want to have to stalk the PA anymore. I feel like I’ve been doing it forever.

That’s so frustrating! It’s also maddening that your call got disconnected. Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago except the agent muted himself so it would seem like we got disconnected. I can never know for sure but I feel strongly that that is what happened on his end. Anyways, Good luck!! Stalking is so so time consuming and frustrating.

Thanks. Before I was able to call this morning I got an email saying my order was canceled :(
Ugh. I called and asked what happened and she looked into it. She said it was a technical error on their end, and there’s really nothing that can be done about it. I’m not too happy about it. I guess I have to go back to stalking. Ugh.
