Thanks @Julezah ! It was shortly before 9:30 a.m. Not trying to enable, but I would say because it is a LE piece, it would absolutely be worth it! Heck, for the whole day if you can (or, if history is any indication, I had found hard to find items becoming available btwn ~3 p.m.-7 p.m. PST.
Okay, yes I am enabling you.

Hi! I'm new here!

I have been trying to get a Palm Springs Mini for literally 6 months, and have traveled everywhere and to every store, including Canada trying--- I've been laughed at every single time. I didn't realize it would be so difficult to obtain.

Is this a bag that will EVER come up as available on the site?

It's been available many, many times on the LV website. Just keep refreshing. You'll have to do it frequently and act fast when you see it's available but I haven't been trying to find this bag and have had at least a few opportunities to buy it from the website if I wanted to.

Pretty much. If you have free time, check the website and refresh. Watching TV? Refresh. Got a time in between phone calls at work? Refresh. Waiting for the bus/train? Refresh.
I had to do this for both of my hard to find items. That's why when one of those items didn't arrive because of a shipping booboo, I was so upset - it was a lot of effort to find (LV fixed it in the end, so we're all good now).
Some people get lucky and only need to stalk a few days to get what they want, but there's no rhyme or rhythm to when they restock certain things. Maybe search this thread for "palm springs mini" or "PSM" and see dates/times when they've been available in the past. Good luck!

They do pop up pretty frequently, but it’s usually one at a time, so you have to be quick. I was able to get mine the Thursday before last and it arrived last week. Lots of patience and stalking, but it’s worth it to get the pieces you want!
